| Tree
Condition Report:

|
A
basic report detailing faults and observations on any number of
trees. The report is supported with photographs and is ideal evidence
to submit in support of an application to a local planning authority
for works on trees protected by a Tree Preservation Order, planning
condition or within a Conservation Area. |
| Management
Plan:

|
Be
it trees in a private garden or woodland, a management plan is an
essential tool for determining both condition and potential of existing
tree stock as well as being able to budget for likely future works.
It focusses not only on safety but also amenity.
|
| Appeal
Report:

|
You
may have already had a planning application refused due to trees,
or perhaps had a failed application to carry out works on a tree
protected by a Tree Preservation Order. Following an appraisal of
the situation, a report can be prepared for submission to The Planning
Inspectorate. Attendance at appeal hearings is part of the service
offered.
|
| Pre-design
Arboricultural Report:

|
Following
the decision to develop a site, it is prudent to assess the existing
trees on the site and their future potential in accordance with
British Standard 5837:2012. This report not only identifies the
better trees on site but also provides guidance on the minimum likely
clearances which the local planning authority are likely to require
before they grant planning permission. Engineering solutions are
also given where conventional construction methods will cause unacceptable
damage to trees and their rooting systems. This information has
proved invaluable both in minimising the need to redesign a site
layout and also reducing the time taken for planners and Tree Officers
to approve applications.
|
| Development
Arboricultural Report:

|
This
report is designed to offer the developer all that they need to
satisfy the local planning authority from a tree point of view
in accordance with British Standard 5837:2012.
It includes recommended tree protection measures, engineering solutions,
replanting suggestions, etc. Liaison with planners and Tree
Officers is part of the process and ensures that they too are satisfied
with the outcome.
|
| Large
Tree Survey:

|
Where large numbers
of trees need surveying, this is an ideal product. The results are
entered onto a fully interactive Excel spreadsheet which is then
given to the client. This highlights works priorities automatically
as well as giving a clickable location plan with instant links to
both the tree survey data and photographs taken on site. Hard copy
prints can be sent out or a PDF file produced.
|
| Tree
Protection Plan:

|
The
purpose of this report is to satisfy conditions of a planning permission
which require full details of tree protection measures on a development
site. It is not simply restricted to satisfying the planner though
- it is a guidance document for the construction team and gives
details including specifications for tree protection zones, site
and task specific method statements and actions to follow in event
of trees being damaged. Also included are site specific laminated
site office posters and staff induction forms. See the letter
from Swindon Borough Council's Arboricultural Officer complimenting
a Tree Protection Plan by clicking
